About Product
What is the minimum order quantity?
Chairs and Bar stools 100 pcs/color/model, Dining/Coffee tables 50 pcs/model.
Do you support customization? Can I put my logo on the product?
Yes, we do, customized orders are always welcome, as well as OEM or ODM. Yes, you can put your logo on the products.
Does your product pass any test?
Static pressure test, impact test, drop test and so on.
How long does the delivery time usually take?
45-60 days, for brand new models plus 15 days to set up new mould.
How much is the sample fee? How soon will the sample come out?
Three times of original price, and return double sample fee after place the first order. Normally10-15 days.

About Terms
What is your payment terms?
a. FOB Shenzhen. T/T, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against BL copy.
b. All the offer are base on FCL, if LCL shipment, all the price will be regarded as ex-factory, we will not bear any additional costs.
c. If customers would like to ship by LCL via our company, all expenses will be reimbursed depend on actual cost payment.

About Shipment
Do you accept partial shipment?
Not allowed.
Do you accept container consolidation?
Yes, we accept that, but that’s base on ex-factory price and we will not bear any other additional charges caused by consolidation.
